Phased planning project for complex development of housing solutions, ecological shelter, commercial areas and public park, as well as a commercial area with basic services to supply the residents of the project. Basically the project is divided into 2 stages, the first looking for higher density and medium level and the second stage with more exclusive areas such as quintas where they can have permaculture areas, ecological shelter and a lookout restaurant to take advantage of the views of more than 180 degrees from the highest part of the property.
