TAASA's designs always take into account the location and the environment when developing its projects, always adapting the designs to the climate of the region. The objective is for the visitor to feel part of nature and live in harmony in an eco-community.

Mountain and beach hotels have been designed and built in Costa Rica and abroad, for independent clients and for hotel chains.

On the other hand, TAASA has worked in alliance with architecture and decoration firms in the development of projects both inside and outside the country, some of these alliances with firms such as: Three Architects of Dallas Texas; George Mourice of Miami, Florida; MSM interior Design from Dallas, Texas; and FAB Studio also located in Dallas, Texas.
