Rosewood

Guanacaste, Costa Rica

The nostalgia of the past combines with the modernity of the future coupled with environmentally conscious architecture. The haciendas are nestled in the rolling hills that cut through the jungle and lead to the sea.

Approximately 30,000m2 of construction, located in Punta Zapotal, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. In the mountains of the rainforest we find the hotel with 130 rooms and 50 residences, all designed to make the most of nature, with open spaces, large terraces and pools, its contemporary design of treehouses takes us to a feeling of charm and romance. Project designed in conjunction with ThreeArchitects of Dallas, Texas, and MSM Interior Design of Dallas, Texas, 2007.
