Flood Zones

In addition to the indigenous houses, TAASA developed together with Somabacu 6 more models for areas prone to flooding; these are also of social interest. Starting with a group located in Barras del Colorado, we have build more than 115 houses and have many more in the process of being processed by the BAHNVI.

We fell in love with helping people and this has made us continue looking for options throughout the country. Our intention is to continue building wooden houses of social interest as we have been doing so far and Also to start building new designs of houses of ordinary bond and for credit bond with the Goverment of Costa Rica to help may families and communinities around the Country. These will be built in prefabricated system and our main goal is to build them throughout the Country.

TAASA Studio is commited to creating homes for everyone and with the help of the Goverment we are convinced that we will be able to reach many Costa Ricans and make their dreams come true.
